The manager who defines, sequences and allocates activities will have lots of time in his hand

The impact, probability of risk, and its mitigation should be well defined in Risk Plan

செயலின் துவக்கமும் முடிவும் வரைவினொப்பும்
வேறுபாட்டின் அளவைத் தரும்
The start and end of the activity, and its comparison with the plan will provide the deviation values

தருணம் தவறாமல் தா 
Give the right information to the right people in the right way at the right time.

அளவை கொண்டு வழிநடத்தும் மேலார்
இருளை விலக்கும் மதி
The manager who uses the metrics to run the project is like the moon that provides light in darkness

திறம்பட மேலாண்மை செய்வர் தன்மக்கள்
திறன்கண்டு வேலை தருபவர்
An expert manager is the one who gives the job to the right person with right skill sets.

குறிப்பறிந்து முனைவான் கொண்டகுடி ஊக்கின்
சிறப்பறிந்து சிகரம் தொடும்
The team under a manager who understands, acts and motivates will touch heights

குற்றமும் மழலைக் குறும்பே உற்றபுகழொடு
ஏற்றமும் நிரம்பி வரின்
If the project brings appreciations & rise in profits, the mistakes done will be forgiven (like child’s playful acts)
